The months of July and August are of course the hottest months of the year in the PACA region, summer being the reason, but they are also among the driest months. Take the time to discover the region on foot while being mindful of the heat. Always remember to stay hydrated and to remain in the shade as much as possible between 1 PM and 4 PM. Also be aware that during the two summer months, the beaches of the Côte d’Azur are very popular. Enjoy the beautiful evenings to stroll and participate in various festivals. If you love the sea, go swimming in Cassis or Saint-Tropez.
